Construction:
It offers grass root plant construction, plant revamp and modification, plant upgrade and expansion and de-bottlenecking for LSTK/EPC/LSPB type projects.

My job responsibilities:
Key Job Responsibilities (Construction)
Instrumentation:
· Aramco Approved VID for Programmable Logic Controller (34-SAMSS-830) and Local Control Panel (34-SAMSS-820&821)
· Good Knowledge in Saudi Aramco Standards such SAMSS, SAES, SATIP, SATR, SAIC.
· Arrange Technical discussion with Vendors and verify that they are complying with Project requirement and Saudi Aramco Standards (SAMSS & SAES).
- Review PLC and Marshalling cabinet drawings and checked they are as per Aramco standards
- Confirmed that 9-Com numbers are correct for each item and all the vendors are from the approved vendors list.
- Prepare Material Submittals for the Instruments.
- Evaluate Technical Offers from the Vendors and checked they were as per Aramco Standards.
- Prepare Purchase Requisition for the Instruments.
- Review Marshalling Cabinets and Control Panels outline drawings and interconnection drawings.
- Good knowledge in the Material Procurement procedure and the related standards.
- Detailed engineering in cable routing and duct bank schedule for instrument and control cable.
- Preparation of NMR forms as per Aramco standard,Material submittal to Aramco to get approval, Technical evaluation for all the field instruments.Preparation of Technical appraisal.
- Responsible for PLC selection and configuration deepen upon the application requirement.
- Responsible for preparing documents drawings, Quality Plan, internal inspection and FAT (factory acceptance test).
- Responsible for logic developing in the PLC, based on the Control philosophy, P&IDs, Interconnection Diagrams,Loop Diagrams, Cable Schedule, Instrument Specification Sheets(ISS) and application requirement with PLC Vendors.
- Responsible for logic developing in the PLC, based on Aramco and ISI Standards.
- Responsible for Graphics developing in the SCADA and HMI, based on Aramco and ISI Standards.
- Installation, Testing and Commissioning of PLC & SCADA based Control Systems.
- Installation, Cable termination, Testing and Commissioning of Local Control Panel(LCPs), Marshalling Cabinet(MCs) Review project IFC package and work scope.
· Material takes off for the instrumentation and control system.
· Detailed engineering in cable and conduit routing and duct bank schedule for instrument and control cable.
· Drum schedule for cables.
· Material requisition by JDE for the procurement process.
· Preparation of NMR forms as per Aramco standard.
· Consult with vendor and supplier to finalize the material.
· Material submittal to Aramco to get approval.
· Technical evaluation for all the field instruments.
· Preparation of Technical appraisal.
· Done the installation for field instruments:
Magnetic Flow transmitter (Yokogawa),
Ultrasonic Flow transmitter(SIEMENS),
Ultrasonic Level transmitter(E&H),
Level transmitter (D/P and air purge type),
Level Gauge(VARAC, K-TEK)
PH transmitter (yokogawa),
Dissolve oxygen analyzers, (immersed type with air jet cleaner), Chlorine Analyzer.
Flow indicators (yokogawa),
Pressure indicators,
Impulse tubing for control valves, Flow indicators.
Termination of instrument and control cable.
- Evaluate Technical Offers from the Vendors and checked they were as per Aramco Standards.
- Arrange Technical discussion with Vendors and verify that they are complying with Project requirement and Saudi Aramco Standards (SAMSS & SAES).
- Prepare Purchase Requisition for the Instruments.
- Review Marshalling Cabinets and Control Panels outline drawings and interconnection drawings.
- Calibration of all instruments.
- Design and Preparation of Instruments Tubing, Instruments Installation Supports as per Aramco Library Drawing.
Communication:
- Installing of Optical Fiber Cables.
- FOC Cable Splicing
- Installation and testing for Aruba Access point.
- OTDR and Power meter testing for Optical Fiber Cables.
- Installation and testing for Huawei Switches,
- Installation and testing for Alcatel Switch
- Installation and testing for Patch Panels
- Installation and testing for CAT-06 Cables
- Installation of Cables Trays
- Installation of UPS
Fire Production and Safety:
- Installation of conduits and cables.
- Installation, testing and commissioning of building and duct smoke detectors (building and duct),
- Installation, testing and commissioning of Cable tray heat detectors
- Installation, testing and commissioning of Fire alarm control panels.
- Installation, testing and commissioning of Alarm bell and Manual pull station.
Key Job Responsibilities (QC)
Instrumentation:
- Aramco Approved QC Inspector- Instrumentation.(SAP-70010218)
- Supervised site QC activities as per Aramco Standards and IFC Drawings.
- Preparation of Request for Inspection (RFIs) for Material receiving Inspection, Installation Inspection, Testing and Commissioning Inspection as per the SAIC, SATR and SATIP.
- Conducting Inspection with Aramco Inspector.
- Preparation of Loop Packages as per Aramco standard and test reports.
- Preparation of Energization packages as per Aramco standards and test reports
- Giving Pro-Active to the respective disciplines Engineer to avoid the violation
- Monitor the site activities, its going on under QC requirements
- Writing the violation in Surveillance log book and monitoring the Violated Jobs.
- Giving NCR to the Corresponding Departments, If they do not comply the Aramo standard pointed out in the Surveillance log book
- Excellent Knowledge in Saudi Aramco Standards such SAMSS, SAES, SATIP, SATR, SAIC.
- Preparation of Red line drawings as per the site condition.
- Review PLC and Marshalling cabinet drawings and checked they are as per Aramco standards
- Review Marshalling Cabinets and Control Panels outline drawings and interconnection drawings.
- Confirmed that 9-Com numbers are correct for each item and all the vendors are from the approved vendors list.
- Testing and Commissioning of Field Instruments (Flow transmitter, Level Transmitter, Analyzer, Level Switches, Flow Switches, MOVs, FCVs ) PLC, SCADA based Automation System with Loop Checking Folders.
- Installation Inspection, Pre-Commissioning Inspection and Final Commissioning Inspection of All Instruments as per Aramco SAMSS, SAES, SATIP, SATR, SAIC Standards.
- After Installation Creation of Red line Drawing for Aramco Approval
Communication:
- Aramco Approved QC Inspector- Communication.(SAP-70010218)
- Installing Inspection of Optical Fiber Cables.
